    Description

        This view allows you to create a new ZCatalog.
        
    Controls

        'Id' -- Allows you to specify the id of the ZCatalog.
        
        'Title' -- Allows you to specify the title of the ZCatalog.
        
        'Vocabulary' -- Allows you to select whether or not you 
        would like to use a 'Vocabulary' and then choose the 
        Vocabulary from the selection list.
        
        'Add' -- Create a new and empty Catalog.
