Localizer - Add Local Folder

  Description

    This view allows to create a new Local Folder.

  Controls

    Id --  The id of the Local Folder, must be a language code.

    Title -- The optional title for the Local Folder.

    Languages -- The list of available languages that the local folder will
    have.
