Localizer - Add Localizer

  Description

    This view allows to create a new Localizer.

  Controls

    Id --  The id of the object is 'Localizer'.

    Title -- The optional title for the Localizer.

    Languages -- The list of available languages that the Localizer will have.

    Add -- Adds the Localizer instance.
