Localizer - Import/Export messages

  Description

    This view allows to import and export messages.

  Controls

    File / Language -- The file (and language) to be exported.

    Export -- Exports the file.

    File -- The file that you want to import.

    Language -- The language of the translations contained in the file to
    be imported.

    Import -- Imports the file.
